Stupidly easy 5 minute 30g protein under 200 cal meal!
Or snack, meal for me as i eat about 6 times a day.
Anyway, won't appeal to all but for someone like me who goes for a lot of protein it's ideal.
It's basically a way to enjoy canned tuna without lashings of mayo!
I use...
Whole can of tuna - Tesco chunks in brine for me, 30g of protein, 140 cal per tin
Raw onion - finely chopped
Jalapeno peppers - finely chopped
Raw garlic clove - finely chopped
Cherry tomatoes - finely chopped
1 tablespoon light salad cream (27cal!)
Add the above to taste, i use quite a lot of each, helps to bulk it up and they're all pretty powerful flavours too
Mix together and pepper to taste. Very filling and genuinely nice, could also be used as a sandwich filler.

My wife has been wanting some tuna / chicken salad. I think I'll this for her and see what she thinks, though banana peppers will be substituted for the jalapeños.0
