Bottom line - if you were eating 1200 calories/day, you would be losing weight. Since you're not losing weight, you are eating more than you think.

That is total horse****. I am 5'2, 175lbs and for MONTHS ate 1200 calories without losing. Wanna know why? I'm burning nearly 2000 calories everyday and I was only eating 1200 calories. Now, I eat between 1500-1700 calories, burning around 2000 daily... and I'm losing. Also, I stopped doing nothing but cardio day in and out and starting lifting. New Rules of Lifting for Women... it will change your entire outlook on this whole thing. Up your calories... (logging accurately of course).... work out less (and lift) and you will lose. Trust me. Good luck.

If you were burning 2000 cals and eating 1200, just where do you think your body took the other 800 from since you didn't lose any weight? Either you didn't burn 2000 or you didn't take in 1200.

I was spending 2+ hours at the gym doing CARDIO. Yeah, I was definately burning 2000 calories. The problem is.... if your body has gone through this whole rodeo before... it adapts. I lost weight before doing a crapload of cardio and eating 1200-1300 calories but eventually your body says No way... you have to change something up. You see it all the time where people are undereating and overexercising and they stop losing. The problem is.... people get on here thinking they are EXPERTS at weight loss and nutrition (even though they don't have a degree or anything else to make them an authority on the matter). They just read a few articles and WAMMO they know everything. Experience speaks volumes more than anything you can read on the internet. Bottom line OP... you're not alone... it has happened to other people.... you're not doing anything wrong. No one program works for every body. Just keep changing things up until you find something that works for you. Most of the people here can only speak to either 1) their personal experience or 2) the crap they read on the internet. They are no more experts on weight loss or fitness than you are.
