cardio vs weights vs diet

I have tried a few different approaches over the last year from just cardio to just lifting. Cardio by itself no longer makes a big difference in my body. And I have found that lifting does help me lose some inches but not enough to be very noticeable. I have been trying and trying different things partly because I get bored but also because I don't see the changes I want to see. And then I realize I have mostly been focusing on the fitness aspect and then think duh, they do not say abs are made in the kitchen for no reason. So here I am back on weight watchers and trying to do this thing right this time. I have found a fitness plan that incorporates both cardio and weights so I am hoping between that and my healthier eating lifestyle I will start truly seeing the results I want to see. Hoping that by logging in here and on weight watchers every day will help to keep my motivated and in check. I know I need to do all three things in order to achieve my goals, so here I go, time to start over. . . . Have a great week everyone!

Okay, so double logging didn't work, it only burned me out. So Yay I am sticking with myfitnesspal. I purchased some new cookbooks and I am going to try some new clean recipes and go from there. Happy New Year everyone!0
