Here we go

Hello all. I just signed up and am looking to get back in shape and keep it that way. I don't really have a weight loss goal or anything like that but am tired of being tired and aim to fix it. I've stuck mostly to jogging when I exercise but the joints don't always cooperate so I'm trying to mix it up with biking, elliptical work, and eventually some weights. Still learning and ready to get and stay fit.
