Skinny cow salted caramel ice cream bar. I don't love the ice cream sandwiches, but these are amazing and only 160 calories!

I'll have to try these and see how they compare to the connoisseur salted caramel ice creams opn a stick (coated in choc and rolled in maccadamias) at 328 cals.
