Dancers and Musicians, how do you count?
Throwing a question to all the dancers and musicians out there--how do you count during a workout? When you do reps, do you count 4 sets of 10? Or do you count 5 sets of 8? I find that even if I start counting in sets of ten, once I hit my stride and get in the zone, I find myself defaulting to 8-counts. It's as natural as breathing. Anyone else out there find themselves doing the same?
