I've been out of work with a broken foot and have had my activity level set at sedentary. Even with that and more or less meeting my calorie goals for 1.5lbs per week, I have been losing closer to 2-2.5lbs per week. I return to work tomorrow but will be put to light duty so I am sitting; however, I will be using my arms constantly to move merchandise around and put our company's bar codes on them. I changed to "lightly active" because I've worked in this department before and just the amount of movement over 8 hours a day makes my arms sore. I assume changing to lightly active is a smart move? It's still only 1350 calories so I know I'll still be losing weight, I would just like to stay as close to 1.5lbs per week as possible.

My own opinion is that's a fine choice.0

If you are already losing more than you want and are going to be increasing your activity level, bumping up to lightly active sounds like a good move.0
