Has anyone tried this stuff? It's a powder that you sprinkle on your food that is supposed to trigger feelings of satiety sooner. There's two types- one for salty food and one for sweet food. It's got maltodextrin, tricalcium phosphate, Silica, natural and artificial flavors as ingredients. There are 6 levels of 'tastants' so each month's supply will have a different number 1-6.
I have been on a wt loss crusade for almost 3 years now- I lost a total of 42 lbs but have gained back 8 or 10. I'm trying to obviously get back down to my total wt loss and maybe even go a little lower. I'm 5'4", SW183, lowest wt 141, now at 150.
I bought this stuff to try to jumpstart myself, even if it's just a placebo affect. I"m still going to work out 4 days a week in the gym and keep up my regular active lifestyle. But has anyone tried it? Any success?
