need friends like myself

my current weight is 235 and I would like to lose 50 lbs by may 2014. i have joined a gym and i am eating better. Hey it's a start right.

    someone said to me when I was feeling kind of discouraged at how far I had to go that no matter what you're doing at the gym, you're still way ahead of where you were on the couch :)
