Do you guys think my new meal plan is good for weightloss?

Okay so from next week I'm going to start Body Revolution Program by Jillian Michaels
I will be using five pound weights :-) hoping to lose weight before summer. I'm really not good in my eating habits but managed to creat this meal plan and needed your guys input on it <3

Breakfast:
1 cup Go Kashi Lean Cereal w/ 1 cup 2%milk
Half of cup of tea with milk and one spoon of honey

Lunch :
Scrambled eggs: 2 whole eggs mixed with a tomato and other veggies i can find in my house
With half spoon of olive oil . And spices such as turmeric paprika and black pepper
2 rotis ( Indian flat breads )http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Roti
Snack :
Body Fortress chocolate and peanut butter protein shake 150 calories

Dinner
Baked tilapia fish marinated in spices ( turmeric , paprika , lemon)

    You're missing some critical information.

    Your TDEE (or at least height, weight, and age), and the total calorie and macro counts for what you posted.
  • Well my height is 5'6 ! I think i should eat about 1200 cals

    I haven't seen a diet plan from any source that didn't include a deficit, and 1200 is a popular one to preach because it really doesn't leave dieters without weight loss. 1200 is basically a no brainer and we could have a grade 3 glass come up with any diet plan with the 1200 calorie disclaimer at the end and it would work.

    So you are planning to eat the same thing every day? It sounds boring. I would last maybe three days on that, if I had tremendous willpower.
