Laura's Lean Ground Sirloin - cooked values?

Ok, math might not be my best subject - but before I spend the time doing some algebra equations I want to see if someone has an easy way to do this - or maybe I am just thinking too hard?

Laura's Lean Ground Sirloin comes in a 16 ounce package and gives the nutrition information for 4 oz (which would be a 1/4 of the package). It says that there are 4 servings in the package so I assume the figures are for the RAW meat.

That 16 oz. package cooks down to 10 oz. of cooked meat.

If (for example) 4 oz. of the raw meat has 140 calories, would 2.5 oz. of cooked meat (1/4 of the cooked product) have 140 calories?

Is it really that simple, or.... do I need to do some complex calculations? I have searched several ways but there aren't any entries in the MFP database for the cooked meat.

Thanks!

Yes. "Calories don't evaporate, only moisture so count it as 1 portion and 140 calories.

Thank you for letting me know I haven't lost my mind (at least, not yet). The harder I thought about it the worse my head hurt. :)
