I am new to this site... All together i am wanting to lose like 75 pounds but i will start out at like 50. But i need to start pretty basic as far as exercise goes and then work my way up...

Anyone just starting out that wants to keep track with me? Any suggestions on some basic exercises that i can do that will get my heart rate going and jump start the weight loss?
