New here and need to get with the program

Just wanted to say Hey Gang.
I got to loose a bunch of weight, joined a gym a couple months ago and lost quite a bit but then things started comming back. Now I have been working out 3 times a week and weight is back! Holiday food is not helping matters. I got a deskjob so sit in one of these friggin cubicals like a zoo animal and get little excercise except for an occasional walk to the coffee machine.
So I decided to start logging everything I do and eat to see if I can figure out what I need to do and what I am doing wrong.
Anyone else just getting started? If you want to team up and inspire each other just send me a note. I got the app on my phone and. I will probably be here a while. My goal is to loose 2 lbs per week so even if things go as planned I will probably take some time for me to reach my goal weight.
Now, I better log that Doughnut I ate this morning....
