How to Delete a Food

I have added many different foods to my 'Add Food' section and now there are many there that I no
longer use. My question is how do I delete the ones I haven't used for months from that page?

    Options
    On the website (not sure about apps as they tend to have different functionality), you can delete from your Frequent tab listing, but not any of the other tabs. Under Most Used, they'll work themselves off the list as you stop using certain foods and start using others, just give it time. You can't delete anything under My Foods. If you want to delete Meals or Recipes, you have to go in to those sections of the sub menu under the Food tab.
