Great BLACKENED fish recipe

The recipe calls for snapper, and that's how we eat it back home, but I actually used COD because it was the kind of fish I like around here in Denmark, and it was still good, I am sure it would be awesome on snapper or tilapia.
I am sharing the recipe because it tasted like the kind you get in restaurants - a real authentic "blackened" flavor. I actually didn't have all the peppers required, but I used everything I DID have and it was great. I used trans-fat free "heart healthy" vegetable spread with the Omega 3's instead of butter, and it was fine.
