Hello all, I joined yesterday, and i'm loving the site.
I'm doing exercises, and eating a little more healthily.
I've been reading peoples blogs and they're quite inspirational.

Drink lots of water!!
Try eating less salt.
Small portions and often if you can 5-6 times a day
Eat enough protein and fibre a day. Helps to keep you fuller for longer
Eat your exercise calories. Doesn't have to be all, but some or most of it.
...and again, drink lots of water!
