INSANITY! I need success stories (&pics) and support!

So today is my last day of month 1. So far I've only lost 2.2 lbs and half an inch off my waist. The changes are very minor. I've been reading that the magic happens in month 2 but I really need something to get my pumped up. I'm starting to lose some steam. I'm not to the point of giving up. I can't. I won't. But pictures of your INSANITY success or similar stories that end in great results would be ever so appreciated.
I'm eating about 1500 calories a day. Trying to focus on proteins and just recently had to better focus on FIBER! That was a frustrating two weeks. I'm still working out the kinks of that so I'm kind of hoping that's why the scale isn't budging. I'm not obsessed with what the scale says. My goal is changing my measurements. But it does add some motivation.

Update: As of this morning I've lost another 1.2 lbs but no change in measurements.0

I'm not a nutrition guru, but you might need to actually eat MORE. The least amount of calories a woman should consume a day is 1200, and if you are burning between 300 - 600 calories with insanity (which is totally possible), then that means you are only getting 900 - 1200 actual calories in your body a day. Your body might be in starvation mode.0
