Bread and Spreads P28

Hear a lot of buzz about P28 lately. I don't eat a lot of bread, but would like to add it back in to my meal plan.
Been buying Ezekiel 4:9 for myself but it often goes bad before I can finish it.
I am looking for something that not only I can eat, but my family will enjoy also.

Also the spreads... I use PB2 right now generally to dip my apples or celery into.

I practice a 5:2 meal plan. Diary should be open... I lift weights... Heavy weights at least 3 times a week and teach Zumba two days a week. -- I try to eat fairly clean... Really been off this last week due to being lazy and snowed in...

Just really curious. How many of you use it and what is your take on it..
