I was thinking of getting this for xmas. Anyone use enough to warrant the expense and if you do, what 'games' do you use??

It was neat at first but the novelty quickly wears off. Now ours is stashed in a closet somewhere. We ended up using just the Wii without the Fit with EA Sports Active (v1 and v2). I liked version 2 much better and actually got a good workout. Eventually I needed something more and moved on to P90X, then moved on to a regular gym.

I used my wii fit for my first two stone loss so it was fab. I do still use it, just not as often as i used too. I'd say get one personally.

I don't have fit but WII sports. It's really old now but the tennis still gives me a good little workout and the boxing.

Wii Fit is just a game. The EA Sports Active program is very good and so is Gold's Gym Cardio Boxing. You don't need the fit board for either one.

EA Sports Active and Boxing is a fun way to get some activity in. Doesn't replace my workouts, but better then sitting on the couch.

if you choose the right games in wii fit you can surely sweat :) It doesn't replace a complete workout, but it's a good alternative to burn some extra calories while having fun at the end of the day :)
