Two weeks ago I stopped taking my blood pressure pills and my blood pressure has been great. Lately it seems even a little low. Well, low normal according to the chart. 111 over 68. Was I just used to seeing much higher blood pressure or does this seem normal to anyone. I feel great.

I am not a health professional, but mine is usually 110 over 70. I tend to be a little low normal. If you are concerned call your doctor. You exercise routine may be helping as well as the meds. Maybe you will eventually be able to go off the meds! Keep up the good work!:flowerforyou:

Seems ok to me. I saw a chart that listed 121 over 81 as pre-hypertensive, so a few points cushion can't hurt. :-)

Exercise does tend to lower blood pressure, as does some nutrients and phytochemicals in fruits and veggies. It's entirely possible that your healthy lifestyle changes have improved your blood pressure. I'd still check with your doctor before stopping the meds, though.
