Hi, I'm new to this site.
I'm 34 yers old, and live in Bologna, Italy. I'm a software programmer so i pass almost all the day sit in this damned chair.
I discovered MFP through the app for the iphone and i'm starting to use it today.
I actually weight 107Kg, my body mass index has just pass the obese line.
I feel good but i need to loose weight for doing bycicle downhill and football match. I need to be faster!!
My first goal is to loose about 15 to 20 kg.

Welcome and goodluck on your journey. I wish you much success. Once you log everything you eat and are honest with your entries, you will do great.
Try not to eat less than 1800 calories, as a male thats the lowest amount they recommend
