What's your favorite protein powder? My trainer suggested using it for my afternoon snack. I cannot have whey protein - it makes me super gassy! And I'm trying to avoid soy - too estrogenic and I'm still nursing. Any suggestions?

I cannot use soy or whey either, and I find that many brown rice proteins taste terrible. I think a protein powder called Total Vegan is great, very expensive, but lots of things it is, both vanilla and chocolate good. Rainbow Light makes a palatable rice one (only chocolate flavor - forget the cinnamon twist) and has many things added that are healthy. Also, Biogenesis makes a great pea protein in Vanilla. Hope this helps.0

Just ordered 5 pounds of grass fed whey protein with digestive enzymes and electrolytes added for 80 bucks... not too bad.0

That website above is great. I use MRM protein powder. I get it from Amazon. Good pricing and cals are not bad.0
