    its good and motivating to see realistic goals, i always try too hard and think that i have to lose a stone a month and then when i dont, i lose my umph and motivation. 30 pounds by april sounds great.

    I hope we all meet our goals and keep the weight off too!!!

    I checked a calendar. April is only 15 weeks away. Sure I WANT to lose 30 by April! But realistically? At my age? It's not happening.

    If you all will give me a senior pass (I'm 72), I think 10# by April is a realistic-yet-hard goal.

    I dont mind I need some new daily motivation I get so bored with it lost 12 gained it back I would love to lost 30 I wouldnt know how to act....pick me pick me....I promise I will log daily I just need some folks to hold me accountable because I tried holding myself accountable and that sucked!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
