Pregnant looking for tips and advice

I don't want to continue on this lazy path while pregnant. I spent so much time losing weight, lifting and eating right to give up now. I have spent the past almost 3 months eating poorly and laying around becuase I can't muster up the energy to do anything. I need motivational people and help. What is a good meal plan to follow so my baby and I receive the correct amout of daily nutrients and what can I and can't I do at the gym? I am also gluten intolerant.
