I have had 2 total knee replacements and 2 total shoulder replacements in the past 5 years and also have osteoarthritis in my spine. My doctor recommended this site to me. Because of all this surgery and pain I can't exercise much so of course weight gain is a result. I am trying this for diet as well as pushing the exercise as much as possible.

Have you tried water aerobics? It may work for you0

Exercise is a bonus not a necessity for weight loss. Log your food on here accurately and you'll lose weight.
Good luck to you.0
