Help losing 2 stone

Hi,
I have just started back to training in the gym and have two stone to lose unfortunately. I started jogging at 8.5kph and lasted ten mins. Then I moved on to using weights machines on legs ( 30kgs for 3 sets of 15). 50 crunches and using dumb bells also.
I'm just unsure of what I could be doing better. Should I increase cardio? Any advice would be great??

Find a decent full body, compound movement exercise routine for the equipment fit which you have access and lift 3x per week. Make sure you are in a proper calorie deficit by accurately tracking your food.
