Why do I do it!

Every time I'm at my lowest weight I get an urge to treat myself and blow cals out of the water to wake and find I gained 2-3 lb that sick for about a week! I hate myself for doing it but yet I do of I continued the way I was I would be about 4 lbs lighter right now I am sure of it. Any tips for a muppet like me!?

    You aren't gaining 2-3lbs of fat, so don't worry about it. Focus on fat loss, not just what the scale says.

    Problem is that's a quick term result the scale. Can see good things happening within a few days. Where as fat loss. Really hard to tell unless large percentage etc. Have order some calipers though as I do base decisions off the scale. So want rid of em for a while. Lowest weight ill go eat this etc etc. Just want to carry on. I would be at goal if I didn't do this all year. Grrrr
