I had never heard of this before. I friend at work is doing this. I think it sounds insane? 2 shakes during the day, 2 sancks and a healthy dinner, supplements and a tea that claims to burn 80 calories?!?!
She swears by it, sounds like th old Slim Fast commercial to me. I'm a skeptic by nature. I was just wanting more info from any of you that have tried it or are on it. My friend claims that if you follow their program(the shakes, teas, supplements, etc) you get all the nutrients you need.
Still, I'm not so sure.
Just for the record, I am a proponent of the key to being healthy and properly losing weight is attained thru proper diet and exercise, not some magic pill or shake.

my gosh, my dad was into it a couple of years ago, in fact he did them all, amway, and a lot more, insanity !!

i wouldnt touch it, first, i dont trust any fad diets, even less one that has a foundation of money investement and pyrimidal business, herbalife is only the cover up for a money making machine, they would be selling fridges to eskimo if they could,

theres an other one that does the same, its melaleuca, (melaleuca is an other name for tea tree)
all their base their business like a avon type of thing,

Oh I'm NOT planning on doing/taking it. I was just curious as to what it was all about and if there was any validity to their claims.

I didn't know it was a pyramid thing when my co worker told me. I'm not sure if she knows. The way she made it sound, she goes to a store in a strip mall to buy her shakes, etc. Had she told me it was lke apyramid thing that would have said it all for me.
