Very helpful article. I use the same type of scale learned from Weight Watchers, only it was 1-5. You stop eating at 3-4. I like the feeling of not being stuffed. Unfortunately, sometimes small quantities of food have large quantities of calories ...like my current battle with fudge, one of my favorite foods.0

intuitive eating is great i love to watch children eat and lean people. They are so tapped into their body signals. it's a hard way to eat though when you dont know how to listen to your body anymore.0
