Frustrated and Ready to Start

So I have been avoiding the scale for months now and not exercising. But tonight I decided to finally weigh myself. I was frustrated and sadden to find out I weight 221, 20lbs more then I weighed the last time I weighed myself. I'm ready to start but could really use the support of others on MFP to help keep me motivated.
Starting tomorrow I buy healthy groceries and start planning out how to exercise at home since the nearest gym is 45 mins away! Hoping over the next 2 years to lose 90lbs.

I've been trying to start for a little while but something always gets in my way... today is a new day and there are no more excuses!
I am going to try to log what I eat every single day so I will have to be accountable.
Add me and we can go through this journey together.0
