So I have been nothing but healthy. Morning: Green tea with honey, oatmeal banana and almonds. Salad or yogurt parfait for lunch. Little fruit snack when I come home from school and then for dinner I have another salad with berries almonds (lots - but in moderation) cheese and dressing. I used to do this and workout when I really needed to lose weight and I went to 120! But now I workout (more on strength but not much more!) still and do the same but I actually am gaining at the moment! I don't know what's going on with my body and It's freaking me out. A healthy weight for my height is 120 and I just want to be there again. Anyone know what's going on and how to fix this?

are you logging everything and sticking to your daily calorie needs?0

You can eat as healthy as you want, but if you still go over on calories you wont lose anything..0

if you are doing strength training you may find your weight stays the same or goes up but you should lose inches if you are in a calorie deficit...0
