First off im going to say that i have never eaten a quest bar, due to it containing many things im allergic to, so ill admit i may not be the best judge here

BUT

I DO know that they are quite expensive so i have a alternative for you that is tres delicious and only comes out to cost approx $1 per muffin! (possibly less)

what i call 'Tiddles Foods New Pea Protein Almond Muffin' (its in the database).
In each muffin:
Cal: 72
Protein: 14.5
Carb: 2.4
Sugar: 1.2
Fat: 0.5
Sat fat: 0
Fiber: 0.6
Sodium: 14.5

To Make 10 Muffins
- 250ml unsweetened almond milk
- 125ml water
- 175 pea protein isolate vanilla flavour (buy from bulknutrients.com for delicousness and very cheap!)
- 100g banana
- 5 tbsp stevia all natural sweetener
- 1 tbsp cinnamon

Mix together
Put in muffin tray
Bake in oven at 160 degrees C for about 20-25 mins

BAM! Done! Saved yourself a lot of money and taste AMAZING!!!!!!

- gluten free, nut free, soy free, wheat free, basically nearly everything free so for someone like me with serious digestive problems and numerous allergies these are pure heaven!
You can add Metamucil Fibresure to them too to up the fiber intake (it doesnt add to the cals or macros as the fiber isnt absorbed)

So yeah they may not be 'cookie dough' flavoured and the like, but you can flavour them differently if you like - eg add different fruit (but if doing so still need to have something to bind them like chia seed or flaxseed) etc
But if you want to save yourself some money then i would definitely recommend these! i eat them everyday to up my protein intake and LOVE them!!!!
