My mind is boggled.

I got where I wanted to go (from 176lbs to 155lbs) so I decided to increase calories. I have been adding an addional 100-130 calories a day for the past 4 weeks. I was consuming less than 1800 calories beforehand, and now I am consuming close to 2100 calories. Before, I was taking in less than 170g of carbs now I'm eating over 200 on the regular. Now I'm 153lbs, but I don't feel leaner. I haven't changed my workout regiment, although I am doing less cardio as I usually run outside and it's frigidly cold outside.
Well for a few days I did let go of any tracking because of Thanksgiving.
So more calories on a regular basis, more cheat days, and less cardio and I'm still losing weight.
I've been playing around with the idea that I'm gaining fat and losing muscle, but I've been pushing the same weight, if not more, at the gym. I've been trying to figure this out. I need some perspective here.

You might not have hit your new marker for maintenance yet. Or your body needs some time to even out. Stay at 2100 calories for the rest of the year and if you keep losing weight you should up your calories. I'm guessing you're going to gorge a bit for Christmas. I know I will. If you hit new years and you're still going down then add more calories.
If you're working out 3x a week like you should then it's not muscle you're losing.0 -
You need to eat more.0
