Salted Caramel Budino

Hi everyone ... the other day i wanted to indulge a little and so i went ahead and had a small salted caramel budino latte at caribou coffee (with everything on it)... it was so good i really didn't care or felt guilty about the calories
when i wanted to add the drink to my MFP page, i found so many conflicting info ... the difference would go as far as 300 cal ... i searched the net and so i had at the end to record it as 850 calories
i also emailed the company and i just got their answer that a medium drink is about 290 calories ... what do you guys do with all those conflicting information? and this is not the first time .. i always find conflicting information on MFP database ... i usually go with the higher estimate ... but i am always afraid that by doing so i am not eating enough calories ....

thanks

There's a ton of conflicting and wrong calorie and nutrient info in the MFP database. This is the reality of open access to whomever to do the data entry. You have to b careful.

This doesn't have that exact one, but it lists a regular hot latte with 2% milk and whipped cream at 352. I think I'd trust corporate's numbers more than MFP entries, but then that seems low compared to the website and a similar beverage.

Disappoint, thought you were talking about Barbuzzo's salted caramel budino
