2013 Feats of Strength!!!

Let us celebrate this Festivus season by announcing your 2013 Feats of Strength. Beat your mighty chest and regale us with stories of how you conquered a physical challenge!

I'll go first:
- Chased down a beach ball that got blown away and didn't lose my breath! It traveled about a 120 yards and the kids had given up after about 50 feet.
- Chased after my friend's husky after it started chasing deer in the park. Dogs and deer are fast.

    Ran a 7K race, 4 mins and 17 seconds faster than my goal, with only 5 training runs in the 3 weeks leading up to the race. I never before ran over 6K, my usual runs were 3-4K, and very few and far between. I guess lifting does help with running.

    I worked out with a dumbbell yesterday - I feel VIGOROUS!
