60lbs and Counting

I really got serious about changing my lifestyle on Memorial Day 2013. Since then I've lost 45 pounds bringing my total to 60. So I thought it was time to post some new photos. I'm not sure exactly how far I have to go since I'm now focusing on a body fat percentage and not a number on the scale but I'm guessing at least another 25 pounds. I will be getting a bod pod test in the next couple of months to get an accurate body fat reading so right now I'm not sure where I'm at but that's okay.
It's not always been easy but it's always been worth it.
My starting weight: 236lbs
206lbs
176lbs

Wow! You've done an amazing job so far, way to go! You look great. Also -- I don't think I've ever seen a picture of you without your riding helmet on. You've got hair! Who knew?0
