Workout Regimen

I've started to work out 4 days a week...Sundays, Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. I've only done cardio, but want to start doing weights. Could any of you advise which body parts/groups to target on which days to fit in my 4 day workouts? Thanks

    Doing different body parts on different days is more for advanced lifters & bodybuilders. It's usually advised to start with a full-body workout done every 2-3 days.
    It's best to follow a professionally-designed program. Creating your own routine won't give you as good results and might even injure you. A popular program is New Rules of Lifting for Women.
