renee's walking challange!!

I just started to include walking as part of my exercising!!
Anybody want to join me in a walking challange!!
Rules:
1. This challange for the dates: 8/23-8/29
2. Post daily miles and minutes to accomplish
3. Let's keep it interesting!!!
Mon- include walking backwards for 15 steps (be careful) atleast 3 x
Tue - walk with belly sucked in for 1 minute ( abs workout) atleast 3 x
Wed - walk on tiptoes for 1minute (work those calves) atleast 3x
Thurs - walk with butt muscles clenched for 1 minute (butt time) atleast 3 x
Friday - do each of the above once!!!

    This is an interesting challenge!!! I will do it with you..I think it would be funny to try walking backwards on your tippy toes with your butt clenched and abs tight :)

    I am all for this currently walking 3-4 miles a day and could use a challange to shake things up. Also love the idea of having a challange seems to motivate me all the more.

    DID MY WALK. HERES MY STATS!

    Drank my shake, grabbed 32 oz of water and had the pleasure of my sisters company!

    3.065 miles / 43 minutes
    burned 303.4 calories
    Avg speed 4.1

    The belly sucking thing was harder than I thought, I'd forget and find I wasn't sucking in anymore!!!

    Hit a personal record today!!!

    5.24 miles / 494.1 calories burned / 82 minutes / avg speed 3.8.

    I even included some skipping today!! That was fun!!
