Workout Regimen

I've started to work out 4 days a week...Sundays, Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. I've only done cardio, but want to start doing weights. Could any of you advise which body parts/groups to target on which days to fit in my 4 day workouts? Thanks

    If you're working out 4x a week, this is what I would do:
    Day One: Cardio
    Day Two: Abs Abs Abs
    Day Three: Arms & Back
    Day Four: Legs & Butt
