What to do with Extra Exercise Time?

Options
Hello,

I have a full-time day job and a part-time evening job as an adjunct instructor. My supervisor at my day job has generously allowed me to alter my schedule to taking a 1/2 hour lunch so I can leave early for the evening gig. Using MFP and exercising pretty much only during my lunch 1/2 hour, I've managed to reach maintenance. :drinker:

Here's my problem: I have been looking forward to the end of the semester as I will have a full hour for lunch and that means more time for working out! :drinker: Obviously, this will only last 'til the next semester starts in a few weeks. But I realized that now that I'm on maintenance, I will need to eat back those Calories or continue to lose. So what should I do with the extra time? 1. Exercise more and lose,
2. Exercise and eat back Calories and have to change my eating pattern again in January,
3. Keep exercising at current level and do something else with the extra time?

Thanks for your input.
