As I'm sure you all know, there are many "rules" and ideas when it comes to weight loss, nutrition, fitness, strength gains, etc that people consider to be broscience.

Do you follow any bro rules?

What do you think is the dumbest practice supported by broscience?


I eat mostly bro foods because they are easy to count and fill you up. I think there are benefits to a mostly clean diet, whether that's supported by science or not :bigsmile:

You MUST eat 6 small meals a day to boost your metabolism probably annoys me the most.
