*How much is to much working out...****

So I wanna lose 30 lbs in about 6 months which i figured is totally do able calculation wise.

And right now im so motivated on a meal plan that has a 1500 calorie a day quota and i just wanted to

know how much to work out for ultimate results. ill do anything if it means that im one step closer to confidence!


How much are you guys working out, how many days a a week and how many calories a day do you eat and burn?

    I aim for six days a week - mixing it up with running, roller derby training, offskates derby training (which is a lot of strength and core work) and the occasional swim for good measure. Length of workout varies between forty minutes to two hours, burning anywhere between 300 and 700 calories. My net calorie intake is 1310 (I'm a shorty!) and I'm losing on average 300g a week, so just a little bit over half a pound.

    I lost 30lbs in 3 1/2 months, working out up to 3x/day. I did stuff like 30 Day Shred in the morning, rebounder, walked or jogged with incline 10 min mid morning, then running or lifting in the afternoons. On weekends, I did longer circuit training routines, like 45min-1 hour or an hour run. My NET calories were around 1350, I think.
  • Ive just been doing a lot of research about people not losing enough weight and not knowing if it could be from too much calories a day or too little..?

    I am 150lb and im 5'5

    Ive been Doing cardio every day 6 days a week for 40 mins and then 30 mins of strength training and all that on around 1550 calories a day.

    does that sound like the right track to little to much, i know i can do more im just scared of my calories a day getting in the way.. any opinions?
