Getting started with just challenges!

Hi!

I really haven't worked out at all in nearly a year, so I am curious about something.
I cannot get myself to go to the gym, but I can get myself to work out at home.
For the last two days I have been doing challenges, and I'll tell you. I am very sore.

Squat challenge
Wallsit challenge
Plank challenge

I also do various other exercises, like scissorcrunches, the one were you lift your legs and it works your lower abs, a one legged bridge where you lift one leg up and down without it touching ground, jumping jacks and sumo squats.
FYI, I am very sore! My back, butt and legs hurt like crazy. It's hard walking properly lol

I have also tried being more healthy.
I really only drink water and some juice, and I try to eat less calories. And I try not to eat after 8.
Any tips on this would be greatly appreciated :D

My question is, is this enough for now, or do I have to do other things as well? I'd really love to lose some weight for new years.

Working out your major muscle groups burned the most calories, such as legs, back, and legs. Other than that, watch your calories and aim for a 500 calorie deficit, stay away from refined carbs, and get your protein in! Keep up the good work!
