Off to push and lift sooon. I know there not mega heavy weights but they feel heavy to me and I ache loads!!!!! Do you think I will make a difference to my body shape if I do these classes combined with kettle bells and circuits. I'm aiming on doin 5 classes a week but not all weights. Probs 2 classes weights and three either circuits boxercise or running.

I'm not familiar with this exact class but it sounds like it's similar to body pump (you work with a barbell to music right?)
If so, it is rather geared towards muscle endurance than muscle mass or strength (you are doing far to many reps with to little weight for the others) but it gives you a good calorie burn.
You cannot change your body shape anyway, you can only work with it. If you want to burn some extra calories while moving a bit of weight these classes are good, especially cause they are fun.
Are they the best you can do for your strength and in order to shed fat? No. But if you enjoy them and are happy with the calorie burn than why not0
