the last 2 months have been horrible for me and i gained 15 lbs back
I have finally decided I am bagging up the candy in my stockpile which is one culprit and sending it to hubbies job
No longer going to buy chips even the little bags which worked well for me before as I would only eat one bag but now i find myself eating 2-3 bags
And I am going to stop going for ice cream (used to get just a small cone which is only 160 calories but switched to milkshakes)
These are my 3 biggest problems i feel and so the only way to stop them is to nix them so kick the candy out , dont buy the chips anymore gonna switch the cheese nips as i will only eat those one serving at a time and not gonna stop for ice cream anymore
I am finding myself getting into old habits so i need to kick myself back into high gear
very disappointed that i gained 15 lbs back but these are my first steps to lose it back

Glad to hear you are back, you have got this and can do it!!
Just want to add a few tips: I noticed for myself, cutting out foods I enjoyed resulted in a binge later on, I slowly started teaching myself how to have things in moderation. You can still enjoy a small portion of ice cream every now and then, dang theres one lady on here who lost weight eating IceCream everyday!
Dont try and set your calories too far down (if you are aiming for a 0.5kgs loss per week, this is way more sustainable!)
See this as a lifestyle change, not something you are just doing for a couple of months to get to your goal weight.

Glad you are back on track and you recognize what you are doing wrong. The first step is to know. May you take many healthy steps. You can do it. Continue on your journey. One step at a time.0

Well done for taking control again! It's so easy to fall back into old routine, but the main thing is - you've nipped it in the bud now (so to speak), sooner rather than later!
I know it's massively disappointing gaining weight, but try not to be too hard on yourself. Remember - everyone has their bad days/weeks/months, it's a normal part of the weight loss cycle.
If you every feel yourself slipping back into your old ways, remember how amazing you have done to get this far & the great feeling you get when you see the number on the scale go down/or inches are lost. If you need some encouragement, log on to MFP - there are lots of people on here who will give you lots of advice & encouragement - we're all in this together!
Be kind to yourself & good luck with the rest of your weight loss0 -
Yah I know the ice cream does not hurt the problem occurred when i switched from my ice cream 160 cal to my large vanilla shake 500-1000 calories lol0
