Hi guys I've done lifting or cardio for the last 12-13 days. I don't feel too sore etc but suppose to be a lift day today and don't want to overdo it. But at same time enjoy working out. I normally lift mon-wed-fri 5x5. And days in between I been running a few miles every night. Thanks in advance.

IMO cardio doesn't count. If you feel good, lift.0

I don't count cardio days as workouts unless i'm doing HIIT with something else. Listen to your body, if you feel fine, you'll be fine.0

Take a rest day. Seriously take a break. No really, REST!
Your body will thank you! High impact cardio like running can be pretty hard on your joints. Even the most elite athletes in the world have at least one rest day/week.0 -
I think I'll do a lighter lifting session today and then take weekend off to recuperate. That's the plan anyways. I kinda feel guilty when I haven't worked out. Good thing I guess...0
