4 Weeks - Results Stopped on the 3rd

I might have to change up my diet or intensify my workouts, but I'm on week 4 of this workout regimen or program and so far barely changes around my waist. :(

Week 1 - 3 I've lost 3 inches since the first time I've started, now it feels like it's going no where no matter how I try getting into it by digging deeper.

I also went from lifting 3lbs dumbbells in each hand for plyometrics to 5lb for the 4th week and still no changes in my arms. :indifferent:

What am I doing wrong?
Apparently this is what "20 days later" looks like on some people:

I'm on my 25th day, I don't think I have any "dramatic" results like this girl in the youtube video who had some shakeology:

Factors:
- My measurement area could not be constant
- Times of day I measure

 I don't want to go nowhere with this! If I can turn things around in the next remaining 35 days, I'd be really happy and grateful!!!

Ignore cherry-picked testimonials. They don't represent most people. Fat loss happens slowly, so be patient.

Seriously? What are you doing wrong? Um...

Don't believe testimonials. They're trying to sell you something. They come with a "Results not typical" disclaimer for a reason. Instead, read some of the "testimonials" on the success page of the forums. They'll tell you how it's done.

So in one week, you feel like you're going nowhere? It's seven days. Weight loss is not linear, it takes time.

Oh, and lift heavy. Plyometrics are awesome, but it's not going to get results like that "after" picture you want.

Nah, your results won't really stop if the diet+exercise was working on inches before. Results do show 'bad' weeks, especially if you factor in hormonal times, since you're female ;) I was disappointed to see mine stall for about 2 weeks, but then my next week's results actually made up for it.

Of course, if you are eating more than you think or skipping workouts, it could stop working, lol. Always check that :D

edit: I mean inches here. Scale weight can stall even more often, in my experience, because the water fluctuations seem to show more on the scale. Bloating can change inches, though, so even the tape measure can't tell the whole story.
