small victories

I just had to share. I have lost a total of 28 pounds since last January. My size 26's is falling off me but my big victory was this morning. a ring that was to small for my pudgey figures fit! This ring is so special to me. its a copy of a princess diana ring and i love it and now I am able to wear it. I'm so happy to be on this Journey.

    Way to go!! I think these kinds of victories are so much more satisfying than seeing a number on a scale.

    thank you both. this is the first time losing weight has worked for me and I'm just so happy. I have a long way to go but small things like this makes me so excited.
