A work colleague just started Exante and lost 11 pounds in her first week and 7 in her second week. She is a little bit bigger than me so has quite a bit to lose but this seems like a huge loss! Not sure I could stick to it but she seems to be liking it.
Anyway I was wondering does eating very low calories and losing the weight fast lead to lots of loose skin?
I mean I can see that if you lose 2 pounds a week your skin might be able to keep up but losing over a stone in 2 weeks is fast.

It's known to make it worse. You also lose a lot of muscle mass on very low cal diets, which results in your skin looking loose & flabby.0
