Almond Butter Blondies

Made these last night and they are SO.GOOD. Between me, mom, and dad, they're almost all gone already... Oopsies! Totally worth it! I used honey since we have a ton from my dad's beehives, and 2.5 oz of Baker's semisweet chocolate since I didn't have chocolate chunks/chips and didn't want to go to the store.



1 (16 ounce) jar creamy roasted almond butter
1 cup agave nectar or honey
2 eggs
½ teaspoon celtic sea salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup chocolate chunks

In a large bowl, with a hand blender, mix almond butter until creamy
Mix in agave and eggs
Add salt and baking soda
Mix well with hand blender until all ingredients are thoroughly combined
Mix half of the chocolate into the batter
Pour batter into a well greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish
Scatter the other half of the chocolate on top of the batter
Bake at 325° for 35 minutes
Serve

Serves 24 -- with my recipe it came out to 183 cals per piece. Enjoy!!
